1.醒目汤 　　 　　主治：近视眼。配方：枸杞10克，陈皮3克，桂圆肉10个，蜂蜜1匙。 　　 　　用法：将枸杞子、陈皮放在纱布内扎好，然后与桂圆肉一起，放在锅内，加水适量，煮沸半小时后，取桂圆肉及汤，并加蜂蜜，当点心吃。 　　 　　 2.羊肝粥 　　 　　主治：肝血不足所致的近视、目昏等症。配方：羊肝一具，葱子30克，大米30克。 　　 　　用法：将羊肝切细，大米淘净。先将葱子水煎取汁，加羊肝、大米煮为稀粥。待熟后调入食盐适量服食。 　　 　　 3.猪肝羹 　　 　　主治：血不养肝，远视无力。配方：猪肝125克，葱白15克，鸡蛋1个，豉汁适量。 　　 　　用法：将猪肝切成薄片，葱白去须根，切成短节，入豉汁中作羹，临熟，将鸡蛋打破，混匀蛋白蛋黄，入汤内成羹，单食或佐餐服食。 　　 　　 4.桂杞山萸眼 　　 　　主治：近视。配方：桂圆肉15克，枸杞子15克，山萸肉15克，猪(牛、羊)眼1对。 　　 　　用法：猪眼洗净加桂圆肉、枸杞、山萸肉隔火炖服之。 　　 　　 5.菠菜猪肝汤 　　 　　主治：血虚视力减退。 　　 　　配方：菠菜125克，猪肝125克，熟猪油、生姜、葱白、清汤、食盐、水豆粉、味精各适量
